An individual project, the assignment was to design 5 HTML pages in the form of a game and the theme was “Go Green”. It is a topic that is often too informative thus seemingly boring. I incorporated one of my favourite childhood games on Nintendo DS, Mario Kart, to my game.

 

Plot twist! I love the game Mario Kart, but my favourite has always been Luigi. The main lead of my game thus revolves around Luigi. The storyline goes like this, Luigi is jealous of Mario who always gets all the attention. But in fact, Mario has evil plans to destroy their town, Mushroom Kingdom. Luigi has to save Mushroom Kingdom from Mario before it's too late!

 

I had great fun planning the storyline of this game, and coding every step of it. I did not want to compromise my game to what is required of the assignment and coded more than 5 html pages in the end. My game was voted as one of two of the “Most Interactive” games to be awarded.
